Terms & Conditions — Asia300

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and Asia300 (hereinafter referred to as "Asia300", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://asia300.asia (the "Platform").

Asia300 operates under international online gaming licensing. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Asia300 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via email or platform notification.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the Asia300 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by Asia300 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Platform" means the Asia300 website, mobile interface, and all associated games, sportsbook, and services accessible at https://asia300.asia.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User from their own financial accounts (including via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX, or other supported payment methods) which are freely withdrawable subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the minimum cumulative bet amount that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the Asia300 Platform.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Asia300 Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the Asia300 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which you maintain an Account.
2. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently verified that your participation is lawful under local laws.
4. You are not an employee, director, consultant, agent, or affiliate of Asia300, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
5. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by Asia300 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation that would prohibit your participation.
6. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Asia300 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Asia300 Platform only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify Asia300 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Asia300 will not be liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to adequately protect their login credentials. Transactions completed using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a compromise.

Asia300 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

5.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow transfers, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers. Asia300 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion prior to first withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. Asia300 targets processing of e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals within 5–30 minutes, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. Withdrawal timelines are estimates and not contractually guaranteed.

We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of required verification checks. Withdrawals may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Asia300 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement / rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the promotion;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated;
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific welcome offer once only, regardless of how many accounts they hold;
• Asia300 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. Asia300 may in such cases void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and terminate the Account.

All bets placed on the Asia300 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, Sic Bo, or the sportsbook — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface and by these general Terms.

7.1 Sportsbook. Football betting markets on the Asia300 sportsbook, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), and international competitions, are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to each market. Live in-play bets accepted after an event outcome is determined (but before the system registers the result) will be voided at Asia300's sole discretion.

7.2 Casino Games. All casino games on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by Asia300 or any third party. Displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.

7.3 Errors. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing error during a wagering event, Asia300 reserves the right to void any affected bets at its sole discretion. Players will be notified and Real Money wagers returned to their Balance in such events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Asia300 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using third-party payment methods or depositing funds that are not legally yours to use;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in pricing, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraudulent, or criminal purpose.

All content on the Asia300 Platform, including but not limited to the Asia300 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface, game content, text, software code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Asia300 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No rights are granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Asia300 Platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asia300, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Asia300 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Asia300 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across our platform. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered Players aged 21 and above and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your Account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Configure session length reminders;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding you of time and amounts wagered.

Asia300 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Use of the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Multiple Account registration;
• Technical or security reasons requiring immediate protective action.

Upon Account closure by either party, any Real Money Balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to Asia300 will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless withdrawal conditions have already been met.

Users wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting Asia300 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Asia300's operating entity is incorporated and licensed, as applicable to international online gaming operators.

In the event of a dispute between a User and Asia300, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Asia300 aims to resolve disputes informally within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be escalated through formal dispute resolution procedures in accordance with our licensing obligations.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

Asia300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where immediate changes are required by law or our licensing conditions.

Your continued use of the Asia300 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your Account.
